This is true to adults as well as to teen-agers. Teen-age pregnancy usually happens because of lack of guidance by the parents. In the Philippines for instance, most parents are out of the country to serve as overseas workers. No one can watch over their children who are then forced to go their own ways. Some children cannot even finish schooling. Early pregnancy takes place even though most teen-agers are not prepared to be parents in mostly all aspects.
