That's the time where beer and the like appear. This may be because the Philippines are not very strict when it comes to DUI. Then that would mean that every race is stricken with the sickness called alcoholism. <BR/><BR/>Filipinos would only be alcoholics if and when they depend on alcohol to get them going through the day.
