Why does the most of us don’t care about how our body looks like? We are not exercising and not eat healthy at all. It’s like we don’t care about how our body looks like and if we making our self ill.
There are so many excuses why we don’t want to exercise and live healthy. The excuse that is being used the most is “We don’t have the time.” But there is always time to watch TV, or time drinking with friends, but never time for some exercise. The other excuse is that you don’t have the money for the gym fees.
There are so many different excuses, that it is hard to keep track of them all. The only reason that are valid if you are ill and not able to exercise. You don’t have to go to a gym to exercise, or even buy expensive exercise machines. You can just jog, or walk, Swim, dance, doing joga, etc. No need to spend any money for keeping healthy and fit.
Eating healthy is just as important as doing exercise. There is no use in doing exercise, but eat unhealthy food and drink soda as many times as you can. To be healthy means to exercise and eat healthier.
Why is it necessary to stay healthy
The most important reason why we must stay healthy is to keep living. If you are living an unhealthy lifestyle, the change to die of heart attack or related issues are a lot bigger. Secondly, if you are healthier, you will feel healthier and happier. You will have more energy, and your self-esteem will be better.
If you have children, your lifestyle will reflect on them and one day they will have an unhealthy way of living. To stay healthy at a young age, will lead to stay healthy in adulthood. We as adults must be the example to our children. And to stay healthy is an important example to them.
It is not easy to start living a healthier lifestyle, but it is worth it. If you are healthier from the inside of your body, you will be more beautiful from the outside. Health and beauty are important for everyday life and longer healthier body.
