My beau had once been an Air Soft enthusiast. He got influenced by his two older brothers who were also enthusiast of the same sport. Together with their other friends, they became a team. I’ve learned that air soft is a recreational activity in which participants shoot round non-metallic pellets launched via replica firearms—which they call air soft guns. It is more of a hobby rather than a sport. I was shocked when I saw my guy’s gun because it seems to look like a real arm alight gun—the one that the armies are carrying. The only difference is the bullets. It has small pellets that can also hurt an opponent.

My guy has a complete set of air soft stuff. From the gun to the protectors and gears, name it and he owns it! I asked him where he gets those stuffs. And he said that he buys it at air soft hobby shops at the mall. But there are times when he’s too lazy to stroll at the mall; he only buys some of his gears from the internet. Now, he had stopped playing the game but he kept all of his stuffs as a memorabilia of his younger days.

After I graduated from college I was able to work at a department store as a cashier. I didn’t plan to work as a cashier when I finished schooling. I have wanted to work as an accounting clerk because I have loved accounting ever since it was first introduced to me when I was still in high school. Just like Body Cosmetica, for example. A lot of my friends and acquaintances, especially my fellow mommies from my child’s school, had their tummies tucked in Body Cosmetica. They had a lot of good commentaries about how their objectives and expectations from the procedure were met; of how the procedure created flatter, firmer and tighter abdominal muscles.

They are convincing me now to also have this tummy tuck a.k.a abdominoplasty procedure too! And so I'm pressured! I'm trying to weigh things out now because all that they bragged about were, I think, true!

Breast Cancer Awareness

Advocacies and awareness drives before are made in a different way. Most of the time, people tend to have information drives through seminars, talks, posters and the likes. But the modern age does it in a different way. There is no need for talks and seminars because there are now stuffs that could show and disseminate awareness.

My sister-in-law gave me a lanyard and a ball band that expresses the women’s advocacy of breast cancer awareness. These breast cancer awareness products help the dissemination of breast cancer awareness advocates by widening the scope. If they conduct seminars, only the middle aged citizens will gain interest to join the seminar but if you use goodies and distribute them to the youth, the youth would be able to gain knowledge and interest about breast cancer. The youth would be more than will to accept a freebie!

The aim of this advocacy is for a good cause and this will benefit everybody especially among women. We all know that most women who die of cancer have breast cancer and it’s high time that all of us should be aware so that we can prevent having such disease. Life is the most precious gift that God has given us and we should cherish it by keeping it healthy.

It’s quite sad to know that one of your good old neighbours is moving to another place just in time when you get to be close to each other. The wife is my new found friend and I know I would be missing her so much. But I know that they will be back after some time because she told me that they are going to keep the house in our village. Pretty sure it would be okay for her husband if I will visit them from time to time with my kids.
