I'm a culinary student at a local college and preparing food is definitely my life's greatest passion. My professors all say I have a real gift for all things culinary and I can't wait to get out into the real world and get a job as an executive or sous chef somewhere. Italian cooking is my specialty, but I wanted to get better at some of the other international cuisine that we learn about in class.
