unlocked phone

When I was in the Philippines, I brought my US cellphone there and I thought I could use it there. I though, my husband bought an unlocked phone but I guess not. So, I asked someone to unlocked my phone. I spend a lot of money for the charge. Next time when I buy another phone, I’ll see to it that I can use it anywhere.
