dark circle

I have this problem when I sleep very late in consecutive nights. There seems to be dark circle under my eyes when I look myself in the mirror in the morning. It really made me uncomfortable and conscious every time I have them. Anybody here who could advise me on what to do about the dark circle? Should I see a doctor or is there something that I can put on them to make them disappear?
