As a mother of three, I am having a problem of weight gain. After the birth of my second baby, my weight goes like a roller coaster. If I diet and limit my intake, my weight goes down but as soon as I get back my normal eating habit, my weight goes up again. I also take diet supplement but it didn’t work for me. I wish that I can find the effective weight loss pills because I am tired of being fat.
