Collection Agent

Out sourcing seems has become a market trend of most of the company for cost saving. My friend company even out sourcing their IT department! Luckily that the new company that taken over is good to offer a lot of attractive presents to them, as well as the tempting cash bonus. The moment I heard from him about the package, I feel so envy! I should further my study and get myself working is such a big multinational company! :(

Ok, let’s continue to out sourcing! There is one time, a friend of me received a letter from the Debt Collection and asking him for money of his credit card debts. He was so shocking why the person who asks money from him is not a bank. Immediately he rang a call to the bank to check and the bank told him that, they are engaging the collection agent to do the debts collection on behalf of them.

No doubt, out sourcing the debts collection department is a good solution to save cost. Many of you know that, debts collection is not an easy task, and also the way we dealing to the debtor is very important! Most important is, the trick to ask for money! LOL
