Stressed of thinking of ways to reduce stress? Here are some important tips. For a little but constant relief and satisfaction, have a daily break of at least 30 minutes doing what you like. Pamper yourself such as getting a haircut or massage. Give yourself a time to meditate. Try to avoid people you find hard to deal with, and if ever you are provoked by something or someone, count from 1 to 10 before losing your temper. And above all, keep on thinking of happy and positive thoughts.

yes... those tips are effective in relieving stress. i do that also. another thing is when i feel like my life is spinning out of control, i take a pose pray and talk to Him. it clears out my mind and makes me more effective with my work. :)
