This Old Man

There is this old man in my sister’s neighborhood who keeps on asking money from everyone who passes by him. At first, he asks rice and food to his neighbors. But there was sudden change and he is now asking for money. It is just okay to give him alms but, they discovered that he is using the money to buy cigarette. Sometimes he will sell rice and eggs (from their own consumption) just to have money for his vices. Tsk! Tsk! What shall they do about him?
