Healthy Eating Habits

After days of dieting you will notice that you haven’t shed off those pounds because you gave in to unhealthy eating habits. Whenever there is a happening, we say “blow-out”. We all deserve a treat once in a while but not overindulging in it. We have to think twice before putting something in your mouth. An example of this is when you taste the spaghetti sauce while cooking or consuming leftovers of your daughter. These will add up to the extra pounds that you don’t need. Drinking alcohol and sweetened juice will also add to your calories. Forget these habits.
