For An Exercise To Be An Effective

You need to exercise three (3) to five (5) times a week. If you are a beginner it’s best to take things slowly and increase gradually over the next 3 to 6 weeks. Your body needs time to adjust. Each exercise session should last between 15 to 60 minutes until you are perspiring and breathing deeply without getting breathless. Stay healthy and feel looking great!

This is what I need right now. I feel getting fatter and fatter everyday. With a sedentary life style, I feel more oblige to exercise or at lease walk 3 to 5 times a week. I will try to do this next week.
