Chill You’ll Be Fine

August 21, 2008

Our personality may dictate when we will die. According to the study of the scientists they found that worrying takes 16 years off our life. Negative thinking triggers the release of cortisol, a stress hormone that can be dangerous when elevated for long period of time. The good news is that men who found a way to reduce their worry lived longer. One strategy to eliminate anxiety. Become a volunteer , altruistic actions distract you from stress.

I find that to be true. When a person thinks of being sick all the time, it somehow manifests on the person. Always think of positive things :)

Happy weekend, SexyMom!

That is an interesting idea. I worry all the time, but I have been volunteering and also finding other ways to help - definitely a good idea!
