Eating a healthy breakfast plays a vital role in the improvement of my children’s mental and physical performance. It provides them energy for the morning activities and helps to increase their memory absorption levels, enabling them to reach their full academic potential.

A healthy, wholesome breakfast also helps them keep their ideal body weight because it makes them develop a healthy appetite that will make them less inclined to indulge in unhealthy foods or overeating during lunchtime.
