Another Worse Sea Tragedy

The sea tragedy that happened last month in the Philippines is indeed one, if not the worst tragedy ever in the country’s history. More than 800 people died and even up to now, some are still missing. Why was the boat given the clearance to sail when there is a coming typhoon especially on the path where the boat is supposed to pass? They have no regards of the hundreds of passengers’ lives. Who is to be blamed? That remains to be seen.
