Stretching Feels Good

When I was young, I really can’t sense if there’s a difference I felt in my body when I do stretching or not. But as I grow older, I realized that stretching feels good. It helps release muscle tension almost immediately, which results in an overall sense of relaxation. As it breaks up energy blockages in the body, stretching allows for better circulation. It improves my range of motion too.
