Pinoy Big Brother House Update

Alex, a Filipino-Italian teen housemate recently claimed to be uncircumcised. He grew up in Italy where circumcision is not practiced. But, since he was chosen as a housemate in the Big Brother House in the Philippines, where circumcision is part of its culture basically for hygiene and health purposes, not to mention that all the other male housemates have already been circumcised, Alex decided to be circumcised inside the house. He is scheduled to be circumcised together with 100 other lucky kids within this week. Let’s all watch out for it!

"hygiene and health purposes"!?! Women's parts are much harder to keep clean than men's, but they somehow manage without surgery.
The sooner this antiquated practice dies out, the better.
The good thing coming out of this is that it is encouraging young people in the Philippines to question this peculiar custom, and to stop persecuting men and boys who are supót - like 3/4 of the world's men, including many you admire, such as most soccer stars.
