Morning Breakfast

Meals I Never Outgrown Breakfast is one meal we should never miss because this is a meal right after a long "fast" in the night. Morning meals maybe light or heavy. The homegrown breakfast foods may be corned beef, pork and beans, sausages, patties, bacon, eggs and fried rice or buns. Any of these foods you have your favorite foods you keep eating almost every breakfast. Like me I noticed that one breakfast food that I never outgrown is the pork and beans. Since I was a child until now I still love eating pork and beans. I may have outgrown other breakfast foods but never the pork and beans. How about you what’s yours?

Now, I'm trying to have oats as my breakfast, because I'm willing to reduce my weight. do you think it will work?

You're right about breakfast being very important. Even if you only have a small breakfast it does help start your day off right.

I don't like a lot of food in the mornings so I generally just have yogart topped with a small amount of fruit, granola and honey.

when said about breakfast, i luv to eat nasi lemak & roti canai and have a cup of teh tarik at the mamak stall, the truly malaysian breakkfast..hehe..but i think i going to change the diet sooner or later...

i think my forever favorite breakfast would be tapsilog (beef, fried rice and egg). that's the first thing on my mind right now but actually there are lots i want to eat for breakfast.
